Returns & Exchanges

Our priority is to ensure that you love our underwear as much as we do and to help you find your perfect fit. So we've got you covered!

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or refund.

If you have requested an exchange and the item is out of stock, we will contact you and help you choose an alternative size, style and/or colour.

If it's just not for you and you would like a refund, we will be more than happy to assist you with this. Our returns process is very easy:

  • Our returns policy is 28 days from date of dispatch
  • Download and complete our Returns/Exchange Form
  • Please ensure the completed form is included within your return and sent back to the returns address provided. Failure to include the form, could delay your refund/exchange
  • Items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them in. Labels and tags must still be attached, no make-up or fake tan stains, marks, pulls or rips in the garments and unworn. (Whilst we wholeheartedly appreciate that you will need to try the items on to determine if they are right for you, we advise to try on over other garments)
  • We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case, we will send the goods back to the given delivery address and notify you of this via email
  • Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the full cost of the product (excluding shipping charge)
  • If you are exchanging, you only need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange
  • Unfortunatley we cannot offer Free Exchanges on International Orders at this time
  • We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a bra or pant if purchased as a set
  • If you purchase a set and wish to exchange both or an individual item for an alternative size, we can do this for you
  • We are currently unable to cover return costs (we recommend using a tracked service and keeping a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns)
